Maira
FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Maira’s smiling attitude goes a long way. She joined our team in 2017 and has been a cheerful addition to the team. Her specialty is new patient schedule coordination but she also handles all other aspects of patient service from reception.
Outside the office, Maira is the proud mother of two fabulous children, who are her daily inspiration. She spends her free time with her children and family.
Tara
FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Tara is a San Francisco Bay Area native, born and raised, and has called the peninsula home since 2013. She has three children that are the pride and joys of her life. When her children were born, Tara decided to take a break from work to focus on her kids.
When she decided to return to the workforce, she joined our team as our Front Office Patient Concierge. In August of 2020, Tara became our Treatment Coordinator. Her communication skills and her ability to adapt and stay focused make her the perfect fit for her role. Tara’s kindness towards people and her care for her work has benefited everyone in the office.
When she is not at work, she enjoys being outside, traveling, eating out with friends, and hiking. Tara also loves spending time watching her kids play all the sports they participate in.
Annette Greenough
Office Manager
Annette joined the team in February 2016. She brings with her an extensive healthcare and IT management background. Annette’s caring attitude shows in her interaction with patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys being the proud mother of 2 grown boys and spending time with her family and grandchild. Her hobbies include gardening at her country home and working with essential oils.

Donna
REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Donna joined our team in 2014 and came to our office with 18 years of pediatric experience. She has been an RDA for over 25 years.
She participated in 2008 in the restructuring of the RDA exam. She enjoys helping people. In her free time, she enjoys folk art painting, doing needlepoint projects and spending time with her family.
Lucas Rafello
CLINICAL ASSISTANT
Lucas’s passion for patient care and dentistry is at the core of his work. Since 2016 he has been gaining experience in pediatrics, orthodontics, and sedation dentistry. His years of experience make him well versed as an understanding and exceptional Registered Dental Assistant. Lucas plans on furthering his career in dentistry by attending dental school and becoming a dentist.
Outside of work Lucas enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as traveling and hiking.
Roa
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Roa joined our team as an experienced dental assistant. She is well versed in both general dentistry and orthodontics. Roa is a friendly and considerate as well as conscientious and compassionate care provider.
We are thrilled to have her on our team. She plans on pursuing a career in dentistry by completing an undergraduate degree in biology and attending dental school. Outside of work Roa enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as painting and doing outdoor activities.
